This page explains how DSPRADO handles requests related to the sale or sharing of personal information, and opting out of processing used for targeted advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable privacy laws (including US state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA).

DSPRADO is an online fashion retailer. We do not sell your personal information for money. Like most online stores, we may use service providers (including Shopify and advertising partners) in ways that some privacy laws treat as a “sale,” “share,” or targeted advertising. You can use this page to tell us you want to opt out.

What this opt-out covers

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of:

  • The “sale” of your personal information
  • The “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising
  • The processing of your personal information for targeted advertising

This opt-out does not stop processing needed to run the store — for example order fulfilment, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, or transactional emails about your order.

How to submit an opt-out request

Please email us at support@dsprado.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used for browsing or placing an order
  • Your order number (if you have one)
  • A short statement that you want to opt out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising
  • Your state or country of residence

You can also use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request, as permitted or required by law.

We aim to respond within the time required by applicable law (generally within 45 days where CCPA/CPRA applies).

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

If you visit dsprado.com with a browser that sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal, we will treat that as an opt-out request for the device and browser you use to visit the site, where required by applicable law. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.

Authorized agents

Where allowed by law, you may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof of authorization and may need to verify your identity directly with you.

We will not discriminate against you

We will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised privacy rights available to you under applicable law.
