1) Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept card payments processed securely at checkout, which may include:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Other methods shown at checkout (for example Shop Pay), if enabled

2) Currency and VAT

All orders are processed in GBP (British Pound Sterling).

Unless otherwise stated, product prices shown on our website include VAT at the applicable UK rate for standard UK customer orders.

If you are ordering for delivery outside the United Kingdom, local import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

3) Payment Security

All checkout and payment transactions are protected by SSL encryption and processed through secure payment infrastructure (including Shopify Payments / Shopify’s payment partners where applicable).

4) PCI Compliance

Our payment environment follows PCI DSS standards for card-payment security. DSPRADO does not store full card numbers.

5) Charge Timing

A payment authorization may be performed at checkout to verify your card. The final charge is typically captured when your order is processed or shipped, depending on the payment method.

6) Payment Data Handling

DSPRADO does not store full card numbers. We only retain limited billing/order information and masked payment references as needed for order support and compliance.
